7) Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

8) Lost, Stolen, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, shipping responsibility is transferred to the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

Nuvellea is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation, but we will do our best to help.
9) Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nuvelleastore@gmail.com with:

photos of the damaged item(s)

photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
10) Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on product availability or shipping logistics. If this happens, you will be notified (when applicable).
